Mission by Day:  Save municipalties millions on infrastructure renewal costs through a function-centered approach that integrates reliability and sustainability into their conceptual design process. 

By acting as advocates for the municipalities (who are spending the money), we are working to evolve a more integral design process which better converts stakeholder values into factors affecting the final design.  Because our approach is early in the conceptual design (Request For Proposal phase), the savings accumulate and multiply through the design, construction, and operation of the facility through its entire useful life.    

Mission by Night:  Inquire into how we, in the words of Buckminster Fuller, can “create a world that works for everyone”. The world has grown so small, that we can no longer deny the necessity for creating the institutions that will create that world.

I love the martial arts and found my love for philosophy at a young age through seeing the principles embodied and expressed in movement, lifestyle and the warrior ethic.

Only recently have I found my dream job that allows me to create, talk about ideas, and travel as a consultant.  And that I owe in large part to the transformative work of Michael Skye (who is also a Zaadster!).

About 3 years ago I found Michael's work and it really resonated with me.  I learned how to experience “honor as a feeling”.  I learned how to have instant access to this powerful feeling by taking a stand in the moment for my highest values.  It completely changed my life.

Since then I have been studying the work of Ken Wilber and Don Beck.  I am excited to be a part of a community of so many who are living the integral life and look forward to meeting and learning from you how I can develop my own integral practice.
